The hotel's location worked well because it was near to the hollywood bowl. i could walk back after the show! the staff seemed lovely. They were very helpful when i needed directions. the room i had was wonderfully clean and cozy. there were new towels delivered each day, a thoughtful touch.

The additional charge for parking felt a tiny bit inconvenient. Though it was under the room.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the walk of fame. a super convenient drive to major attractions made getting around easy. the room felt huge and pristine clean. It felt fresh and super comfortable. parking was also super easy, always a plus.

There was a lot of noise outside at times, but i know this isn't really something the hotel can control. It is what it is. the water pressure wasn't the best.

The staff offered a discount on parking at check-in. check-in was easy, and uber drivers found the hotel easily for pickups. the hotel has a fence around it. I felt safe.

The staff changed my room quickly because of a previous guest smoking. Checking in and out was really fast and easy. I saw a pool there too I did not use it. The staff was definitely great

My room was small the bathroom looked old. There was no hot chocolate in my room either. These things kinda disappointed me
